Do NLTH members recieve volunteer hours?

NLTH couldn’t be possible without the help of our team members! We’d like to honor the hard work through the certification of volunteer hours. All NLTH members are required to frequently log their hours to remain active.
Are team member positions paid?

NLTH team members contribute on a volunteer-basis, so unfortunately, we are unable to pay our team members. We hope that the work you would do at NLTH provides you with a unique learning and team experience. The executive board would be more than happy to provide verifications of hours worked for those who request volunteer hours!
Why should I apply for NLTH?

Take the initiative to not only work towards accomplishing our mission but to also cultivate your leadership skills! All members of NLTH will earn volunteer hours and gain access to a network of amazing team leaders as well as directors.
What do you look for in applicants?

NLTH flourishes on team member individuality, but some characteristics shared include a passion for our mission, the willingness to learn, having excellent communication skills, and being a good team player overall.
